We do not process e-checks or allow you to mail a check separately from this application.

Downloadable Application Packet

The Downloadable Application Packet includes application forms and information regarding Admissions/Scholarships, Honors, and Residential Life. These applications cannot be submitted electronically, they must be printed, completed and mailed to the office indicated on each form along with any application fees.

It is important to include your full legal name and social security number on all applications. The appropriate office will respond to your application with detailed information and instructions.

Concurrent High School Students

The Concurrent Student Application is designed for concurrent high school students applying for academic study at the undergraduate level. This form must be completed each semester you wish to attend OSU as a concurrent student. If you are a first time concurrent student you must also fill out the Admission Application.

This application is designed for international students applying for academic study at the undergraduate level. If you are a US citizen or US permanent resident you need to go to the section above to obtain the necessary information for applications to Oklahoma State University. For purposes of admission, an international student is defined as a student who is a citizen or permanent resident of a country other than the United States and who is or will be temporarily in the United States in a non-immigrant status.

Downloadable International Guide to Admissions

The International Guide to Admissions provides all the necessary application information for prospective students planning to attend Oklahoma State University. It contains application procedures and forms for admission, Residential Life, English Language Institute and other important information. Please read each section carefully, include all information requested, and return completed applications to the office as noted on each form. It is important to include your full legal name on all applications. The appropriate office will respond to your application with detailed information and instructions.
