Natural Resource Ecology and Management

Natural Resource Ecology and Management offers programs in fire ecology, fisheries, forestry, rangeland and wildlife. NREM prepares students to plan, implement and research the management, protection and sustainable use of natural resources. Students learn renewable natural resource management, conservation and utilization. They also gain valuable perspective for understanding and solving environmental problems. Governmental agencies, non-profit organizations, private agencies or individuals may employ graduates.
