Application Information

The following documents are required for application to OSU's concurrent enrollment program:
1. Concurrent Application
2. $40.00 Application Fee (one time only)
3. Official High School Transcript
4. ACT or SAT Scores

48 Hour Rule: For your initial application the office of Undergraduate Admissions requires receipt of all documents at least 48 hours before you intend to enroll. This allows our staff time to process your application and have your enrollment materials prepared when you arrive to enroll.

Continued Enrollment: Once you are concurrently enrolled at OSU you may continue your enrollment, provided that during your concurrent enrollment period you have achieved a college grade point average of 2.0 or above, and upon graduation from high school meet both the performance and curricular requirements for admission and the university's retention standards.

"Continuing" Concurrent Students: If you are currently enrolled as a concurrent student and wish to continue your concurrent enrollment for the next semester you must submit a new Concurrent Application. It is necessary to verify your new high school semester schedule and receive permission from parents/guardians for you to enroll. You are not required to submit a new application fee, transcript or test scores.

OSU After High School Graduation: The Concurrent Application is for concurrent enrollment only. If you are interested in attending OSU beyond high school graduation, you are required to complete the entire Application for Admission/Scholarships and attend a special orientation session. Please pay particular attention to the scholarship deadlines. You are not required to submit a new application fee if you have not attended another institution between concurrent enrollment and becoming a full-time student at OSU.
