Official transcript(s) in a sealed envelope
Less than 24 college credit hours completed: provide High School Transcript, ACT/SAT scores and post-secondary transcript(s) from all colleges attended
More than 24 college credit hours completed: provide post-secondary transcript(s) from all colleges attended (high school transcript is not required)
