Built in 1966, the Business Building is home to the William S. Spears School of Business. The building houses multiple classrooms, lecture halls, a large computer lab, and the Watson Trading Floor, which opened in 2001.

The Trading floor is a live stock trading floor from which students can receive instant feedback on their decisions concerning everything from energy futures to dot.com start-ups and blue-chip firms. Faculty members are able to set up historical parameters and allow the students to experience events like the infamous 1929 stock-market crash.
