Why I love being an OSU Cowboy:

Why I love being an OSU Cowboy:

I love being at Oklahoma State, because every day I am reminded of the heart that each Cowboy has. I'm reminded of the constant joy that I get to be surrounded by and the uplifting and encouraging people to do life with. I love being an Oklahoma State Cowboy because Orange Pride is something far greater than pledging your allegiance to a school, but to a nation. I love being at Oklahoma State, because I know that the Lord is going to do some cool things this semester.

I love being a Cowboy, because this family is real! When I think of the Cowboy family I think of joy, intentionality, discipleship, and most importantly, love! Favorite Spot on Campus:

My favorite spot on OSU's campus would have to be Monroe Street. I think I take the beautiful brick road for granted often. Nothing is better than walking to class and seeing your friends, the squirrels and the landscape.

Why I love being an OSU Cowboy:

I think that the thing that makes OSU great has nothing to do with an award, accolade or statistic. What makes OSU great has everything to do with people that go to school here. It has to do with the professors, the students and alumni. It has to do with being a part of the Cowboy family. I love being a Cowboy because I know I will always have a family.

Favorite Spot on Campus:

My favorite spot on OSU's campus is Theta Pond.  It holds so many memories for me and exemplifies Oklahoma State tradition.  Before I was a student, I always visited Theta Pond. It was one of the few OSU landmarks I knew of even as a kid.  It's the spot where many people in my family proposed to their spouses and always makes our campus look beautiful.  Passing Theta Pond on the way to class, I see families visiting and students mingling.  Theta pond is my favorite place on campus because it reunites Cowboys.

Why I love being an OSU Cowboy:

I love being an Oklahoma State Cowboy because it allows me to be a part of something bigger than myself.  As a student at OSU, I am held to a higher standard and represent the people who came before me and the people who will come after my time on campus. I’ve developed an attachment to the color orange, and it represents unity and my community. I could not be more thankful for everything Oklahoma State has done for me.

Favorite Spot on Campus:

My favorite spot on campus is the area just outside of the Student Union known as Chi-O Clock. Students congregate there every day to check out opportunities for involvement, do homework, drink coffee and connect.

Why I love being an OSU Cowboy:

Sure, OSU offers a top-notch education; however, they take it a step further. Oklahoma State makes education personal. Even in my lecture classes of 250 people, I have been able to personally know my professor. Nearly every single faculty member that come into my academic journey go way outside of their job description to ensure my success. They care about me as more than just a student on this campus, but as a fellow member of the Cowboy Family. And the same sense of camaraderie and mutual unity is felt over the campus by students, faculty, and alumni alike. That is why I love being an Oklahoma State Cowboy.
