My favorite spot on OSU's campus is Theta Pond.  It holds so many memories for me and exemplifies Oklahoma State tradition.  Before I was a student, I always visited Theta Pond. It was one of the few OSU landmarks I knew of even as a kid.  It's the spot where many people in my family proposed to their spouses and always makes our campus look beautiful.  Passing Theta Pond on the way to class, I see families visiting and students mingling.  Theta pond is my favorite place on campus because it reunites Cowboys.

Why I love being an OSU Cowboy:

Sure, OSU offers a top-notch education; however, they take it a step further. Oklahoma State makes education personal. Even in my lecture classes of 250 people, I have been able to personally know my professor. Nearly every single faculty member that come into my academic journey go way outside of their job description to ensure my success. They care about me as more than just a student on this campus, but as a fellow member of the Cowboy Family. And the same sense of camaraderie and mutual unity is felt over the campus by students, faculty, and alumni alike. That is why I love being an Oklahoma State Cowboy.
