What is geography?

Geography allows you to explore the world in new ways, giving you greater understanding of the field's physical and theoretical layers. From mapping to historical preservation to forestry, geography offers something for everyone.

  • Center for the Application of Remote Sensing provides research and instructional support to the Department of Geography and OSU campus in the areas of remote sensing and geographic information systems.
  • Donald Hecock Memorial Library, Joe D. Drummond Map Library and OSU Cartography Services are a few of the labs and facilities in the department.
