OSU encourages students to work on campus from the very first semester you arrive. Research shows that students who work up to 20 hours per week on campus make better grades.1 Working while attending OSU is a great way to earn spending money or help off-set the cost of tuition. It also helps students better manage their time and priorities, build work experience and adds another level of support on campus through supervisors and co-workers.
There are many places for you to work on campus or across the Stillwater community, including opportunities in your field of study. Whether it's in the Student Union or the Library Help Desk, working while you're in college can be a rewarding experience. Once you have enrolled for courses at OSU, you can begin applying for positions across campus at hireOSUgrads.com.

To qualify for Federal Work-Study, you must demonstrate financial need based on your FAFSA. If you qualify, the federal government pays a portion of your paycheck, which can be put toward tuition or any other costs.
