International Readmission Students

A readmission student is one who has attended OSU but was not enrolled during the immediate past semester (except the summer session). An International readmission student must submit a completed application, pay the application fee and complete the Financial Guarantee documentation. Please note that you do not need to submit any English proficiency test scores.

1. Complete an updated application

In order for us to process your application most quickly, we suggest that you complete the online application. You are always able to log back into your account and finish if you are disrupted along the way. You should complete all application questions. Failure to do so will delay processing time.

You can also print the application, fill it out and deliver it to our office or mail it to:

The OSU application fee is $90 and non-refundable. It must be paid before your application can be processed. You may pay online with a VISA or Mastercard or pay by cash in person. You may also mail or deliver a check or money order made out to Oklahoma State University to:

3. Submit your official transcripts

If you attended another college since you were last enrolled at OSU, you must submit official transcripts from each institution. Transcripts must be submitted in original language and translated to English. Click here to see our college credit transfer guide.

4. Send us your financial guarantee documentation

Complete your Financial Guarantee documentation and submit it by email to international@okstate.edu or mail at

5. Submit a readmission petition

A student who left the university on probation or suspension may be required to submit a readmission petition and undergo the readmission appeal process.
