Come Visit

A student walks across campus.A picture might be worth a 1,000 words, but it can’t tell you if you will fit in, who your friends will be or what the campus environment is really like. We take great pride in making our visitors feel like they are part of the Cowboy family from the moment they step on campus. But don’t just take our word for it. Come find out for yourself!

Join us for a campus tour or one of our many events held throughout the year.

You can book daily flights through American Airlines between Stillwater and DFW. The Stillwater airport is located 10 minutes from campus and connects you to more than 200 destinations. Learn more at

Weekday Campus Tours
OSU offers regularly scheduled daily tours at 10 a.m. and on Fridays at 1 p.m. Our morning tours give you the most opportunities for your tour experience, including an academic opportunity session that offers the chance to meet with a representative from your academic area of interest. Schedule your visit to Oklahoma State University online.

If possible, please schedule your campus tour at least two business days prior to your arrival. While we will always accept walk-ins and late registrants, a two-day notice allows our academic representatives time to prepare the best visit experience for you!

You have the ability to design your day on campus however you would like, including: a two-hour walking tour of campus and select housing options, a chance to meet with a representative from your academic area of interest and the opportunity to learn more about your academic major, hold an appointment with a pre-professional advisor to discuss the multiple paths and options for pre-professional programs including Dentistry, Nursing, Law, and Medicine, and meetings with the Honors College and/or the Office of Multicultural Affairs.

Campus tours last about two hours and are led by current OSU students. We encourage you to wear good walking shoes and clothing appropriate for the ever-changing Oklahoma weather.

Select Saturday Campus Tours
Can’t make it to Stillwater on a weekday? We also host campus tours on select Saturdays throughout the year, including:
February 18, 2017
March 11, 2017
May 6, 2017
June 17, 2017

The Saturday Campus Tour experience begins with a browse session featuring representatives from across campus from 9:30-10 a.m. Hear from Undergraduate Admissions and other campus representatives before you head out on a two-hour walking tour of campus led by a current OSU student, which will last about two hours. Academic Opportunity sessions are NOT available on Saturday Tours.

While we provide the best experience possible during a Saturday Campus Tour, many facilities are closed and faculty members are not available to meet with students. For this reason, we recommend students attend a weekday tour if their schedule allows to experience more of what OSU has to offer.

Orange Fridays
Members of the Cowboy Family across the state, nation and the world wear orange every Friday to express their loyal and true devotion to our beloved university.  This fall, we’re rolling out the orange carpet on the Friday before each home football game for high school juniors and seniors.  Come feel the energy and excitement that is building for our Saturday game day, while learning how you can become an OSU Cowboy! Don’t forget to wear your ORANGE!
