You can complete the Admission/Scholarship Application, Residential Life application and the Honors College application electronically. You will receive reminders to the email address you will provide from the appropriate office, concerning other documentation and the receipt of your application(s). We accept VISA, MasterCard and American Express.

Downloadable Application Packet

The Downloadable Application Packet includes application forms and information regarding Admissions/Scholarships. This application cannot be submitted electronically, it must be printed, completed and mailed to the Office of Undergraduate Admissions.

Concurrent High School Students

The Concurrent Student Application is designed for concurrent high school students applying for academic study at the undergraduate level. This form must be completed each semester you wish to attend OSU as a concurrent student.
