Who counts as an international applicant?

A student seeking a bachelor’s degree who is a citizen of any country other than the U.S., and who is not in the U.S. as an immigrant should apply as an international student. International students can enter OSU as a freshman or a transfer student.

Will I be admitted?

International students can qualify for assured admission if they meet certain scores on an English-language proficiency exam and have a high school GPA of at least 3.0. See the complete list of requirements and documentation items you will need to apply to OSU.
